If you cancel your service (14 days) from your date of purchase OR extended 14-Day Trial period offered by Tier2 support, we’ll refund your first month of internet service less an Activation Fee of $25.00. (14) DAY RETURN POLICY (ROUTER & Directional Antenna)
If you return the Router and/or Directional Antenna (14 days) from the date of purchase we’ll refund your device cost (less shipping & shipping taxes). You are however responsible for shipping your device or devices back. Damage-free equipment and the original packaging undamaged is required. Your refund will be credited to the credit card on file when your equipment is returned and received at our home office. This is for Gotw3 Promotions customers only! If you did not purchase your service through Gotw3 Promotions you will not receive a refund from us.

IN SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY – After (14 days)
After your 14-Day Trial period, you can cancel your Internet Service at any time without an early termination fee. The equipment is yours and your service will remain active until your next billing cycle due date. If you decide to reconnect your service after a cancellation there is a $25.00 reconnection fee to do so.
