2. You’re now protected 24×7 for a full router replacement

3. Make a claim online via our website portal and submit

4. After a quick call from our claims representative and it’s determined that a router replacement is warranted here’s what happens

   • Same day shipment of a new replacement router with a Return Shipping Label for the old router will be sent via UPS

   • There is a claim fee of $29.99 and will be charged to your credit card on file

   • A claim limit of (1) router replacement per year

*Long term contracts are not needed. Coverage is on a month-to-month basis that can be canceled at any time with no cancellation fees.
